This classic investor paradox is what I find myself pondering these days. I am keenly aware of the medium-to-long-term negative impacts geopolitical risks can have, but it is also hard to ignore the inexorable rise of the market—and one certainly doesn’t want to miss out.
Like many investors, I am unclear on the best move, or in a ‘6-7’ state, as my teenage daughter would say. The best thing at this point is probably to not make any drastic moves (chasing or selling) and just ensure I keep up my dollar-cost averaging (DCA) strategy, come what may.
These are definitely uncertain times, but what are your thoughts?
